Photo Plans


I already bought a Vizit, how do I purchase a Photo Plan?

  1. Go to the VizitMe.com store.
  2. In the top right hand corner of the store page, click on Already have a frame? Click here.
  3. Enter your personal email address and your Vizit serial number (located both on the bottom of your Vizit frame and the Vizit box), then click Continue.
  4. Choose a photo plan, and click Select.
  5. Proceed through your order, enter your billing information, and place your order.

Once you have purchased your photo plan you will receive an email confirmation from Orders@Store.VizitMe.com. This email provides a temporary login for you to use to activate your frame and VizitMe.com account (check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your inbox). What is the difference between Basic and Premium?

The Basic Photo Plan is $5.99/month, billed every month (on the 18th), and you can receive up to 100 photos/month on your frame.

The Premium Photo Plan is $79.99, billed upon activation (after any promotional period), and you can receive up to 1450 photos on your frame over a full year. You get 20% more photos and a one-time purchase with Premium.

Photo count is based on approximate size of photos transmitted to Vizit. Size can vary based on user's cellular phone, original file size, and compression variables and subject to change at any time. Payments for monthly and annual photo plans are pre-paid.

Why do I need a Photo Plan?

Both photo plans send photos to your frame, share photos from your frame, send replies to family and friends, import photos from other photo sites such as LIFE.com and Photobucket, and let you manage your VizitMe.com account, which includes photo storage. The fun of this real-time photo sharing can’t happen without your photo plan.

How will I be billed for my Photo Plan?

Your photo plan will be charged to your credit card when you activate your frame and create your VizitMe.com account, or after a promotion period. No bills from wireless carriers! Just a charge from Isabella Products.

Do I need to have a specific cell phone or wireless carrier?

Nope! You and your family and friends can simply email or picture text message photos from ANY cell phone or email-enabled device to your FrameName@VizitMe.com.

How do I upgrade or renew my photo plan?

Log in to your VizitMe.com account, then click the Account Settings icon to the right of the Log out button. At the bottom of your Account Settings page, click the Photo Plan & Billing Info text link. On this page, you can upgrade or renew your photo plan.

Activating Vizit


How do I activate my Vizit frame and Photo Plan?

You need to have BOTH a Vizit frame and a Photo Plan. If you have a Vizit without a photo plan, you need to buy a photo plan and then follow these steps. You'll need the temporary login and Vizit serial number from your Order Confirmation Email (from Orders@Store.VizitMe.com) or the packing slip with your Vizit.  If you are activating another frame and want to add it to an existing account please click here

Tip: check that you are running a compatible browser version: Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox 3 or higher, Safari 3 or higher, or Google Chrome (PC) 4.1 or higher.

Activation Steps

  1. Click on Log in in the top right hand corner on VizitMe.com.
  2. In the Login box, click on Don't have an account yet?
  3. Enter your temporary login (iZxxxxxxx@Store.VizitMe.com) and Vizit serial number (best to copy & paste!), then click Continue.
  4. On the Create your account page, make sure to follow the help tips on the left. You might also want to download Get Started or the User Guide.

Tip: Pick a Frame Name that family and friends will easily remember (e.g. TheJones, NanaCawley, Murphy) as this will become their frame’s email address (e.g. TheJones@VizitMe.com).

How do I add another Vizit frame to my existing account?

After purchasing a new Vizit and photo plan:

  1. Go to www.VizitMe.com, and login to your account.
  2. Click on the Account Settings icon to the right of the Log out button.
  3. On your Account Settings page, click Add Frame (just below the list of Frames in the account). 
  4. Enter your temporary login (iZxxxxxxx@Store.VizitMe.com) and Vizit serial number (best to copy & paste!) from your Order Confirmation Email (from Orders@Store.VizitMe.com) for the new Vizit you want to add.
  5. Follow the directions on the page to add the frame to your account.

Tip: Once activated, frames cannot be moved to or from other accounts.

Tip: Use your original VizitMe login information to manage all of your frames.  Each frame has its own family & friends invitation list, please be sure to invite family members and friends to each frame.

How do I activate another frame without adding it to my existing account?

You can create a separate new account. On the VizitMe.com Log in page, click on Don’t have an account yet?, then proceed to create another account. Be sure to write down the Frame Name and Password of your new VizitMe.com account.

Tip: Once activated, frames cannot be moved to or from other accounts.

Are you giving Vizit as a gift? Please read!

In order to make Vizit the best gift possible, please read.  Depending on whether your shipped Vizit directly to the gift recipient or not, you’ll want to decide whether to activate their Vizit for them.  By activating Vizit for the gift recipient, you can send photos to the frame.  Vizit is then personalized with family photos the first time the gift recipient turns it on. 

When you activate and create the photo account on VizitMe.com, you'll need to decide whether or not you'll be the account manager, too. If you want to be the account manager, fill in your own name, email address, and contact information. Create a unique, personalized Frame Name. This becomes the email address of the frame, so create a frame name that you would like to have family and friends send photos to (e.g. SmithFamily@VizitMe.com). Once you create a frame name, it cannot be changed, and this will be the ONLY frame in the world with this frame name! Be sure to save the email confirmation from VizitMe.com containing the Frame Name and Password you created.

If the recipient is going to manage their own account, fill in the recipient's name, their email address, and contact information. Or, let the recipient activate and create their own account once they receive their Vizit.

Tip: If Vizit was shipped directly as a gift, but you are setting up the VizitMe.com account, you might want to get familiar with Vizit yourself, by checking out Get Started or the User Guide.

Once the VizitMe.com account is created, upload a few photos and invite friends and family to send photos, too. Remember that only invited friends and family members can send photos.

After you've activated the frame, the gift recipient can simply take Vizit out of the box and plug it in. The frame turns on and within a minute it's playing a few photos from Isabella Products. These photos are not in your VizitMe.com account and can only be deleted from the frame. As soon as Vizit connects to VizitMe.com through its cellular connection, the status light on the frame will light up. If you've already sent photos, the new photos will start arriving within a few minutes, and the surprise of a “New Photos” message on the frame will appear. Remember that the more photos you've sent, the longer it will take before they all arrive!

The lucky owner can now enjoy photo sharing with you, your friends, and your family!

Sending & Receiving Photos


How do I send photos?

You and your invited Friends & Family can send photos by email or MMS to the FrameName@VizitMe.com. The subject line will become the photo's caption.  Only invited friends can send photos to the frame, be sure to invite them in your VizitMe.com account.

Does the frame have a phone number for picture text message (MMS)?

The frame does not have a phone number — just send the MMS to the frame's email address.

How many characters can fit in the subject line from an email or text?

20 characters including spaces! (Remember, this is the photo caption which can also be updated on VizitMe.com)

How long does it take for photos to arrive?

About a minute or two per photo.  If you send down a batch of 15 photos, it will then take about 30 minutes for the photos to arrive.  Touch the frame to make sure it isn’t idling to save power.

What if new photos aren't arriving?

Your frame might be idling to save power. Tap the screen and your frame will check for new photos. If you uploaded a number of photos on VizitMe.com (make sure you uploaded to the tab for your frame!), it will take longer before they all arrive on the frame. If you've already sent lots of photos, you might have reached the limit for your photo plan.  To check your usage, click the Account Settings icon to the right of the Log out button. At the bottom of your Account Settings page, click the Photo Plan & Billing Info text link.  Check your usage.  On this page, you can also upgrade or renew your photo plan.

Why aren't I receiving photos from my friends?

Make sure you have invited the correct email address and/or mobile number. Make sure your friends send photos to your correctly spelled FrameName@VizitMe.com email address (VizitMe.com with a “Z” not “s”!).

Is there a limit on the photo size that I send to the frame by email?

Approximately 8MB total for all photos per email.  Larger emails will not be received.

Vizit Frame


How do I turn my frame on or off?

Just plug it in. After that, just touch the power button (on the base of the frame) once — it will take a few seconds to turn on, or shut down. Do not hold down the power button.  Simply pulling the power cord out of the base of the frame will also turn off the frame.

How do I delete photos?

When you're viewing the photo on the frame, tap Remove on the Carousel Menu (the trash can icon). You can also delete photos by clicking the trash can icon in the Edit Photo popup on VizitMe.com.  The Isabella Products stock images can only be deleted from the frame.

How do I pause on one photo?

During a slideshow, just tap the photo. The Carousel menu will appear but then fade away. To resume the slideshow, just tap the display again.

Tip: We recommend using your fingernail on the resistive touch screen for best response.

How do I play a slideshow of specific photos?

In the Carousel menu, tap Play, and choose Most Recent to play photos from the last two days, or Favorites to play photos you have marked as favorites.

How do I know new photos have arrived on my frame?

You'll see a New Photo popup message on your frame each time new photos arrive. You can turn this off in Settings in the Carousel menu. If you're managing someone else's frame, you can have an email sent to you each time a new photo is sent to the frame. In your VizitMe.com account, click on Frame Settings (the wrench icon), change your Notification Settings, then click Update.

How many photos will my frame display?

Your frame will hold up to 150 photos at a time. Once you have 150 photos, the oldest photos — except Favorites — will be automatically removed as new photos arrive. Old photos will be saved in your VizitMe.com account under My Photos.

Where did the older photos on my frame go?

How do I change the replies on my frame?

In your VizitMe.com account, click on Frame Settings (the wrench icon), edit your Reply Preferences, then clickUpdate. The new replies will be sent to your frame and ready to use.

Why does my Vizit display keep turning off?

If you turned on Energy Saver, the Vizit display will turn off when the room is dark to save energy. You can turn this off in Settings in the Carousel menu.

What does “Oops, No Photos…Send more” mean?

Either all the photos were deleted from the frame, or the frame was reset. Don't worry — any photos on the tab for your frame in VizitMe.com will be resent. If you have lots of photos, this will take longer.

How do I insert an SD card into my frame?

The card slides in face down (the front of the SD card should face toward the bottom of the base). Do not force an SD card into the slot! Photos will then play only from your SD card.

Why aren’t I seeing my photos from my SD card playing on Vizit?

There is a possibility that you have not correctly inserted your SD card, place the front, face down.  After inserting the card, you will see a message that says “Reading Media…” then your photos will play in a slideshow.  Only the right and left arrows will show on the screen as well as an Eject message.  If you have too many photos on your SD card, it may not be accepted to play a slideshow on Vizit.

How do I eject my SD card from Vizit?

Touch the Vizit screen and tap the “Eject” message. It is then safe to push your SD card and then pull it out.

Is there a limit on the photo size when I am using my SD card?

Approximately 5MB per photo or 3200x2400 (4:3) photos.  Larger photos will be cropped.

What is the difference between the tab with my Frame Name tab versus ‘My Photos’?

The tab for your frame shows the photos currently on your Vizit frame; My Photos is where you can save additional photos not on the frame, and where old photos from the frame are moved.

How do I upload photos to my frame using VizitMe.com?

On the tab for your frame (the one with your frame name, not My Photos), click the Upload button, then follow the help tips on the left. Once you've added photos to the upload page, be sure to click UPLOAD. Once the upload completes, the upload page will close and go back to the tab for your frame. Uploaded photos are already on the way to your frame!

How does the ‘My Photos’ tab work?

Uploading to My Photos will save photos in your account without sending them to your frame. Click on a photo and choose Copy this image to your frame, then click DONE. Older photos that were automatically removed from your frame are saved here.

How do I delete photos using VizitMe.com?

Click on a photo and then click on the trash can icon in the photo pop-up. If the photo is on your frame, it will be deleted. If you want to save it, copy it to My Photos before you delete it. Once you delete a photo from VizitMe.com, it's permanently deleted.

How do I know when new photos are sent to my frame?

On the tab for your frame, the miniature frame on the left will display the latest photos sent. You can also have an email sent to you each time a new photo is sent to the frame. In your VizitMe.com account, click on Frame Settings (the wrench icon), change your Notification Settings, then click Update.

How many friends can I invite?

As many as you want! The more friends sending photos, the more fun!

How do I change the replies on my frame?

In your VizitMe.com account, click on Frame Settings (the wrench icon), edit your Reply Preferences, then clickUpdate. The new replies will be sent to your frame and ready to use.

How do I change the name in the greeting on VizitMe.com?

Click the Account Settings icon right next to LogOut button. Change the First Name in the account, then click Update.

Can I manage more than one frame in my account?

Yes! You are able to manage many frames from one Vizitme.com account.

  1. Go to www.VizitMe.com, and login to your account.
  2. Click on the Account Settings icon to the right of the Log out button.
  3. On your Account Settings page, click Add Frame (just below the list of Frames in the account).

Which credentials do I use to login when I have more than one frame in my account?

Always use the name of your first frame and password to log in to your account.

Do I have to invite friends and family to send photos to each frame in my account?

Yes, each frame has a unique email address and its own Friends & Family.

How do I copy photos between frames in my account?

Click on the photo then use the drop down box to select ‘Copy this image to’ in the Edit Photo popup.  Then click done and it will be saved in the other frame name tab.

Are photos sent to one frame automatically sent to other frames in my account?

No, each frame has a unique email address. Be sure to send photos to the name of the frame you want to see them on! When you email or picture text message photos be sure to include all of the FrameNames@VizitMe.com.

Can I have different settings for reach frame in my account?

Yes, each frame has its own frame settings page where you can choose the notification settings, security code, and replies for each frame. On the frame page, next to the frame image, click the Frame Settings (wrench) icon.
